Thailand Game

These terms apply to every reservation confirmed on thailand-game.com. They cover how bookings are made, how payments and refunds work, and what is included in each edition. The Thailand Game team confirms every reservation individually on WhatsApp before it becomes final — no automated online checkout is used.

Booking

Registration is submitted through the reservation form. The Thailand Game team then contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm availability, share the price sheet, and walk you through what is included. Your seat is only reserved after a first deposit is received and confirmed by the team.

Payments

The total price is split across a first deposit and additional instalments before departure. Full payment schedule, currency, and payment method are shared privately during the WhatsApp confirmation.

Changes & Cancellations

Change and cancellation requests are handled case by case by the Thailand Game team. Please contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible if your plans change — the earlier the request, the more options are available. Where included, travel insurance may cover certain medical, theft, or accident scenarios according to the policy issued to you and its exclusions.

Passport, Visas & Travel Documents

Every participant is responsible for holding a valid passport (usually 6+ months of validity after departure) and any visa or arrival document required at the time of travel. Entry conditions to Thailand may change. The team verifies current requirements for Moroccan passport holders before each edition and helps participants complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within the official window.

Included in the Trip

Each edition confirms in writing what is included (accommodation, activities, transfers, meals, insurance where applicable). Anything not listed in the confirmation is not included. Personal expenses, tips, and optional add-ons are always the participant's responsibility.

Group Behaviour

Thailand Game is a group experience. Participants are expected to respect the group, the local hosts, the accommodations, and Thai law throughout the trip. Behaviour endangering the group or breaking local law may end participation without refund.
